Disney Pixar Cars 2

Disney Pixar Cars 2 is set for a UK release date on 22 July 2011. It is the latest offering from Disney Pixar, and is the follow up to the highly successful Cars and features the voice talents of Owen Wilson as erstwhile Lightning McQueen, Larry the Cable Guy as his tow-truck friend Mater and a host of other characters, some new and some returning from the first instalment. As seems to be the norm with Disney Pixar films, the attention to detail and quality of cast is outstanding once again. Pixar founder John Lasseter is directing the new instalment along with Brad Lewis. The Disney Pixar Cars 2 film follows the adventures of Lightning McQueen and his best friend Mater, with the pair heading oversees to participate in the inaugural World Grand Prix. As always, things do not quite go to plan and while Lightning McQueen is preparing for the most important race of his career, Mater gets involved in an adventure of his own across the continents: international espionage, with the help of a familiar British car, Finn McMissile (voiced by Michael Caine). Disney Pixar Cars 2 will be shown in Disney Digital 3D, IMAX 3D, RealD 3D and normal 2D upon its much-anticipated release. Watch our video and play our games to get in on the action.
